Failure to follow my ToS or rules can result in a warning, blacklist, or ban.- Do not rip, leak, or steal my avatars or assets used on my avatars. This includes sharing with others at all! These are characters I have come up with and put time into creating, if you cannot afford an avatar check out my discord or wait for a sale.- Do not claim my avatars or characters as your own. Yes I know they are cool but if you need help creating your own character I can help, you dont gotta steal mine!- Do not upload avatars I made publicly. If you need help uploading or you are confused about what that means feel free to make a ticket, I can help!- Please refrain from using avatars I create for NSFW purposes. While I have no problems with others making avatars for this, it makes me uncomfortable to have my own avatars used in this way.- You can always edit an avatar I make, but only if you send pics <33 (jk but pls do send pics)- I reserve the right to make changes to files and descriptions as I see fit, even after they have been bought. This is mostly a fail safe as if I need to fix a bug I will at least add another updated file but if I do revamps this still applies. (I plan to only ADD files if I can help it! That way if you want to go to a later version of an avatar you can <3)- Purchases are final and refunds are not available. As these are digital files I have no easy way of giving you a refund, sorry for the inconvenience!
